Kodai Umezawa, an authentic Japanese culinary artisan, specializes in product and business development as well as central kitchen management. He prioritizes fresh and healthy ingredients, committing to anti-additive practices. With extensive experience in Vancouver's and Asia's Japanese restaurant scenes and franchise operations, Kodai brings invaluable expertise to Zubu.

However, to ensure the success of your business, the final decision on location selection will be made with mutual agreement.

How do I prepare my franchise budget?

You will need to prepare for the following:

1. Rent for 3-6 months (includes 2-month deposits and the first month's rent).
